Hey! It's Em here. In middle school, I saved up enough money to buy my first camera: a simple, aqua blue point and shoot. I never left the house without it. I captured everything from friends and family to landscapes and the tiny raindrops on flower petals. As years went on, I upgraded from that tiny point and shoot camera and became more obsessed with capturing the intimate details of peoples' lives.

I used to define photography as the ability to freeze time--but after becoming a mom and wanting nothing more than that power, I realized that photography is simply the ability and honor of documenting your most precious moments before they pass you by. My goal is for you to relive the emotions you felt during our session together every time you look back on your gallery for years to come.

I'm an enneagram 2: the helper. I actually have my masters in counseling that I'll use one day, but for now let me just help you get the photos of your dreams.

And my most important fact: I'm OBSESSED with my little family which includes my high school sweetheart/ husband/ baby daddy, our puppy, our two black kitties, and our sweetest new addition--our son.
